Debbie Lucas is responsible for financial projects and the delivery of business information solutions. She managed the implementation of Dream, DreamWeb Services and DreamView in 2005 and continues to manage financial system upgrades and developments.

Debbie joined the CODA & DREAM User Group Committee in November 2006 and is the User Group Secretary.
